Responsibilities
- Regularly check the site for workmanship, safety & contract compliance
- Controlling project costs & reporting project-specific profitability
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Timely billing & collection
Required Skills
- Must be BTECH (Mechanical)
- Min 2 to 3 yrs experience in HVAC
- Expert in HVAC Project Process & Planning, AUTOCAD, Excel
- Excellent organization, time management & leadership skills
